Thank you for shopping with the WVSU Campus Store. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

• A valid sales receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, all sales are final.
• Electronic items must be returned within 14 days of purchase and unopened. After 14 days, all electronic sales are final.
• All refunds and exchanges are subject to manager approval.

The WVSU Campus Store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.
